Our 10-minute consultation (free) is a chance for you to share what brings you here, ask questions about the counselling process, and see whether Calm Mind feels like the right fit for your needs.

This session offers a quiet space to pause and observe what’s unfolding within you. Through conversation and mindful reflection, we explore the roots of your challenges, the patterns shaping your experience, and the path toward greater clarity and ease in your daily life.

A deeper, unhurried session that allows time for stillness and self-understanding to emerge naturally. Together, we look beneath surface struggles to uncover what’s asking for attention, guiding you toward balance, acceptance, and the freedom to respond to life with more awareness.

This conversation welcomes clients supported by the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA). In a spirit of respect and connection, we take time to understand your needs and how your healing journey can be supported through culturally attuned and mindful care.

For those seeking support through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), this session offers space to begin restoring safety and presence after difficulty. We’ll move gently through what’s needed, honoring your pace and focusing on steady, compassionate healing.
